Ulidia students are Youth Speak winners
Students from Ulidia Integrated College have scooped environmental awards in a public speaking competition.
Year 10 pupils Niambh Ogle and Callum Blunt attended the Carrickfergus heats of the Environmental Youth Speak at Carrickfergus Town Hall last week.
The students spoke on the topic ‘food glorious food – why waste it?’, with Niambh winning first place and Callum second.
Niambh will now represent the borough in the regional final next week.
