St Anne’s Primary School pupils get the road safety message
A team from the Londonderry primary school came first overall in the Northern Ireland Road Safety quiz which was held in Fire Service Training Headquarters in Belfast on Monday, April 7, much to the delight of both pupils and staff at the school.
Teams of pupils from St Anne’s Primary School were place first and second overall in the north west heats of the competition earlier in the year, which qualified them to represent Foyle Region in the finals in Belfast last week.

Hide AdThe winning team received a crystal trophy while other winners received a glass trophy and certificate. The winning team were Eva Cassidy, Caitlin Doherty, Aoibh Gallagher and Adam Lowry, while the team which took third place were Cormac McGinley, Pearse Brennan, Matthew McGurk andDaire McGonigle.
