Cllr Graham said there were two or three similar requests and Council Chief Executive Richard Lewis said he has spoken to Nenagh Council about the matter and said there has to be a formal request from the Council.
On previous occasions, he said, it was left with Nenagh Council to come back to Moyle.
Council Chairperson, Price McConaghy (Independent), felt spring would be a better time for a visit to Nenagh.
