Coagh man charged with damaging car and possessing offensive weapon
A Coagh man charged with attacking and damaging a car in Cookstown is to contest the charge at court in October.
23-year-old Jonathan Ferguson, from Drumconvis Road, is alleged to have damaged a Peugeot 306 car belonging to another man on August 18 2014.
He also stands accused of possession of an offensive weapon, namely a wheel brace, on the Fountain Road on August 19 2014.
District Judge John Meehan fixed the contest for October 28 before adjourning the case to return to court on October 7.
Mr Colin Donnelly appeared on the behalf of the defendant.
